Initial VisitPlease arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time and be sure to bring your insurance information. You will be asked to fill out forms regarding your current and past health history. Alternatively, the Patient Health History and HIPAA forms can be downloaded and brought to the appointment completed if you prefer. We will then perform a functional evaluation that may involve range of motion testing, neurologic exam, orthopedic tests, muscle tests, and other forms of examination. If an x-ray or MRI is needed, we will refer you to a nearby imaging facility. We will explain your injury or condition and how we can help before beginning any treatment. Initial visits generally last between 45 and 60 minutes and include treatment. |
