Bridge I
  • Lie on back, knees bent, feet near buttocks and hip-width apart.
  • Contract glutes to lift pelvis off floor so that weight is on your shoulders and feet. Hold for 5 seconds.
  • Release by lowering spine one vertebra at a time. Relax.

Advance to II and III

II - Arms raised up to ceiling or crossed over chest.
II - Add marching of legs.
